Time: Thursday nights 7:30pm to 8:30pm (In the water by 7:30 try to arrive 15 minutes beforehand).

Venue: The Forum Aquatic Centre – Newcastle Uni (map)

Cost: $15 per adult and $5 per child. Let the staff at the door know you are attending UWH.
